The last couple nights i have been getting fever, chills and headache stiff neck and body aches. i feel ok during the day except for slight headaches ?

Viral illness?: May be possible. These are worrisome: symptoms, and you should not be reassured because they seem to improve during the day. Many infections, which these symptoms are suggestive of, wax and wane and are cyclically worse during the day or night. I suggest your seek medical evaluation ASAP either through your Doctor's office or Urgent Care. The worse case scenario, meningitis, needs to be excluded. Good wishes:)
