Polyp removal: Endometrial polyps are very simple to remove. This might be a better option than Progesterone treatment which does not usually work treat polyps. If you have Lobular carcinoma in situ this needs to be evaluated by a breast surgeon. Your individual risk of breast cancer needs to be calculated. You should have a discussion of any potential interventions as well as a monitoring program.
