Maybe: Not sure what you mean by sleep paralysis. You can have a numb or tingling extremity if you have decreased blood flow to it. This is why it is called your leg fell asleep. You wake up or move around in an aircraft to get the circulation moving again. That is a normal physiologic reaction to compromised blood flow. Not normal if it happening all the time. Consult a doctor for reason.
