Dulcolax & Miralax (polyethylene glycol): Dulcolax Laxative Tablets usually leads to bowel movement within 6 to 12 hours when taken as directed. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) may produce a bowel movement in one to three days. I can not predict how long it will take if you are mixing doses and medications.
