What is the cause of multi loculated pleural effusion in adults? i had also high fever, rib pain, back pain.

Multiloculated: A pleural effusion means there is fluid in that chest cavity. Multiloculated means that the fluid isn't just one single continuous collection but is either multiple or divided in some fashion. With high fever, rib pain and back pain infection is certainly a concern and you need to seek care urgently.
