PCOS: With PCOS, periods are few to absent. Type II diabetics can sometimes revert to somewhat regular cycles with treatment to regulate blood sugar. Most often, the symptoms described are due to bladder or pelvic infection, and you should see your gyn physician for an exam to determine the cause. It may also be ovarian in origin. Hard to tell with the history given.
