I got a new tattoo three days ago, and i was just prescribed prednisone today. is it safe to take prednisone with a new tattoo thats still healing?

Prednisone: Low doses of prednisone may be safely taken even if you have recently had a tattoo. The caveat is to make sure the tattoo and surrounding skin did not develop changes such as redness or discharge that may indicate an infection. If there are concerns, be sure to check with your provider who prescribed the prednisone.
