What types of problems can happen from small lacunar infarcts ? i have seen this on ct reports of mine but i also had meningitis when i was infant.

Prevent any more: If you're hypertensive, lower the blood pressure as best you can. If you have other cardiovascular disease, be treated aggressively. And these may indeed be from your old meningitis especially if they're near the surface -- bacteria grow down the spaces around vessels and destroy bits of brain -- perhaps not "true" lacunar infarcts, but tiny ones. The ones you have shouldn't be a problem.
