Suspect Prostatitis: It doesn't quite make sense 'why' you would have 2 different germs come up at separate intervals. I wonder first of all if you had real symptoms compatible with a prostatitis or male genito-urinary infection? Then, the collection of the sample - if it was done with sterile technique (BOTH times?), and finally the 'sensitivity' profile of each germ -which might help explain these findings. Talk 2MD
