I am pregnant (36.5 wks). saw doctor today and it appears that baby only grew 0.1kg from 34.5 wk appointment to today (2.6kg to 2.7kg). the doctor said they were not worried but i wanted to double check?

Fetal weights: The fetal weight is calculated on the basis of measurements taken via ultrasound. There are some inherent "estimates" which can vary b/c of the person doing the ultrasound. Your physician is correct not to worry. There are particular areas of potential concern at this stage of pregnancy, and I am sure he/she would discuss same if there were a cause for such concern ,
