What could be the cause? i sneezed and when i sneezed i got lightheaded and dizzy.

This is normal: physiology. When you sneeze you increase the pressure inside your chest which reduces the blood flow returning to your heart. This means that for a few beats your heart is less full and therefore your blood pressure and flow to your brain reduces. This makes you (and everyone else in the world) dizzy.
