Burning pain walking: I need more information of exactly where the symptoms are, many structures encompass the great toe this could be a tendonitis or sesamoiditis since your symptoms are during activities and the bottom of the big toe ,also is there any deformities of your foot in this area such as a bunion or arthritic changes involving the big toe joint resulting in a bursitis. I recommend visiting a Podiatric spec.
