Hard to say: This is a bit unusual. Are they tender or red or very itchy? Certain rashes can seem to be like lumps. If they have been there a long time, they are probably nothing to worry about. However, if new, and if you have any other symptoms like fever, tiredness, or lumps under your armpits, you should probably be seen by someone who can examine them and your whole body to see what is going on.
