Need more readings: Consistently high (the one u mentioned) has long term affects on brain heart and kidneys and othe organs. Check your blood pressure at least three different occasions and if consistently high above 140 /90 then it is called high blood pressure u need to be on two kinds of medications. If appropriate u need to loose weight, cut salt intake, stress reduction, exercise needed. And also good sleep.
