Knee injury : Not all knee injuries are cartilaginous, but if it’s a torn meniscus then In 2 months or do you should be ok to resume normal activities without surgery. Years ago many surgeons did arthroscopic surgery without giving torn meniscus a chance to heal. One negative in having meniscus surgery is possible accelerated djd. Glucosamine is unlikely to be beneficial.
