Intrascapular pain: Can be reflux try ranitidine, muscle strain(erector spinae-behind esophagus) that were irritated during trauma and by swallowing. Osteophytes can impinge on the esophagus, unusual at a young age, Osteophytes develop slowly but position may have shifted .
