Hard to say: There is no such product listed in the US or google. If you list the actual ingredients we may be able to comment. Teething, if that's the problem, often responds best to chilling the area with iced pacifiers that can be rotated from the freezer as they warm up.

Not safe: Not recommended for children younger than 2 years. Try a chilled teething ring. Talk to your pediatrician, or better still make an appointment with a Pediatric Dential Specialist, a Pedodontist. All Children should've their 1st Dental Examination by their 1st b'day.
