Shingles?: Although shingles is often associated with pain, it may present as itching as well. If the involvement is unilateral, you need to consult an ophthalmologist ASAP since untreated shingles involving the area your described may lead to blindness. If this involves both sides of the face, will have to think about other possibilities.
