Cramps after menses: Not enough information provided to answer completely, but uterine cramps can occur with a vaginal infection, or bowel irritation (mimicking uterine cramps). Additionally, if one is on oral b/c, taking the low dose varieties irregularly can include having cramps secondary to gaps in estrogen created thereby.
