Needs to be checked: She coughs a lot in sleep.She should be checked by her Pediatrician.Her cough may be due to allergies or Bronchial Asthma.Need a detailed history and physical exam if indicated allergy tests,pulmonary function tests and xrays may be needed to make a diagnosis and treat approriately
