Vague: "Infection"? Are you quite sure? Did you have fever? Pus and blood and severe tenderness? Or was it primarily itch? Not some, but most diagnoses of cellulitis by non-dermatologists are erroneous, especially concerning red skin on the leg. If you have stasis dermatitis or eczema or psoriasis no antibiotic is a satisfactory therapy. Get an opinion from a dermatologist. Next time include some DETAILS
