Complex: Hot surroundings seem to temporarily worsen ms symptoms. This is due to loss of nerve coverings (demyelination) resulting in decreasing insulation, and if body temperature rises, this causes transient leaching out of potassium from within the cell and changes electrical potentials damaging connective communication functions. Cooling reverses process.
