Existing damage: Healthy teeth are very strong and do not break easily, even when strong forces are applied during hygiene care. Weak teeth happen when you had history of trauma (car accident, collision, fall, etc.), decay, multiple micro-fractures from clenching/grinding you are not aware of--especially if during sleep. Other teeth may also have similar internal damages and are about to break. Get them checked.
