Home EKG: No need now to be curious: get a home EKG app like Kardia so you can literally SEE what is going on. iif your heart rate runs consistently at rest above 80, that is too high. After exercise it would be fine. Might position is generally "we do it to ourselves." Get checked out, have some blood tests including thyroid, magnesium, and potassium. Palpation: Palpation's have multiple causes and depending on the clinical scenario. The majority are not serious but if you are having symptoms you should see your doctor to get a complete check up. Are you anxious? after looking at medical causes consider discussing this with your doctor.
