Can you have the flu without respiratory symptoms? (have body aches, chills, and fever instead)

Possible, unlikely: It is unusual to have influenza without cough and often other respiratory symptoms, e.g. sore throat. It could happen, but any number of other medical conditions probably are more likely. Such symptoms can be very serious: check with a doctor ASAP, especially if fever is high or chills continue. Good luck!
