Right flank pain only when stretching or extending upwards for 3 months. heat takes the pain away and i dont feel while walking or sitting. does this sound like a kidney problem or musculoskeletal issue?

Musculoskeletal issue: This is more musculoskeletal problem than kidney diosrder. This pain happens during stretching or extending upwards. You do not have kidney pain unless you have a kidney infarction.
