Yes, because...: 10 year-olds are not supposed to have access to medications and supplements. Only adults should be in charge of those things. A parent can call the local Poison Control number to see what needs to be done. That said, desloratadine is a safe drug, so this likely will pass in a day or so, without noticeable problems.
