My 12 year old son keeps on getting low grade fever every month or so since he was a child .he will only has low grade fever for 2days and then he is ok ,he doesnt have fmf.im worried as he lost 10 kg but yet he is taller is it puberty or sth else?

ENT surgeon: Some children recover with removal of tonsils, even without any obvious sign of inflammation on the tonsils. It would be prudent to consult an ENT doctor. Wish you and your son good health!
