Breast irritation: Area on a breast which "itch" and then bleed may need to be examined by a physician. Sometimes vigorous "itching" can cause bleeding, but on occasion there are small growths which need to be examined to make certain they are not of concern.

See DR: There are only a few hundred different itchy skin diseases. Not all treated the same. Meanwhile you might try OTC hydrocortisone cream.
