Bone health: Please see your doctor. He/she MAY order a dexa scan to determine the level of your overall bone health. Do not take calcium by itself but ask doc or a natural doc about supplements that contain a blend of calcium, magnesium, and co-factors such as vit D & K which carry the minerals to the bone. If ok w/doc, just keep moving w/walking or gentle running. Peace and good health.
