I returned from vacation yesterday but since yesterday i have had severe swollen legs and ankles. what can i do to fix this please?

Requires exam: to determine the cause of the swelling and appropriate medication. In the meantime, until seen and evaluated, get off your feet and elevate legs on 2 pillows. I would also advise compression stockings and immediate medical evaluation.

Possible blood clot: Elevate your legs. If the swelling does not subside within hours, seek urgent evaluation for an ultrasound to evaluate for a blood clot/DVT.
