i have a wrist blood pressure monitor, is it as good as the cuff. i use it a lot but wonder how accurate it is. tyvm?

Cuff is better.: A properly applied and oriented arm BP cuff is more accurate than a wrist cuff. Arm cuff properly applied would be at the level of the heart, and the arm will be at rest in your lap or on a low table.
