How can i treat laryngitis? i have recently had a sinus infection and sore throat. those symptoms lasted only a couple of days, but have had laryngitis for 4 days. is there something special i could be doing to help and how long could this last?

Not much: Acute laryngitis following a an upper respiratory tract infection (sore throat, ?Sinusitis) is almost always viral. Laryngitis is secondary to post nasal drainage leading to swelling of the vocal folds (laryngitis). Fluids, vitamin c and let your immune system eradicate the virus. If you are not significantly better in 10 to 14 days, see your physician.
