Any exercise: Any exercise (walking, swimming, running) will work as long as you give it time, do it consistently and safely, and don't give up. Watching calories also helps. Please see a doctor for evaluation if you have any health problems that would interfere with vigorous exercise. Muscle building exercises also help with form and appearance.
