Metallic taste: Lots of possibilities. Most common is dental infection (gums). But can also be tooth/sinus/tonsil/adenoid infection, change in meds, food impaction area, change in supplements, GERD, neurologic pathway interruption, diabetes, and so many other possibilities. See your Dentist first. If not dental problem he/she will refer you as required.
