Fundoplication and hiatal hernia repair 3 years ago. but for 6days straight have been nausea and vomiting(gagging) could i have another hernia?

It’s possible : It is possible to have recurrent hiatal hernia. However , there could be many other reasons for your symptoms. 6 days of nausea and vomiting is very abnormal and you should seek immediate medical attention.
