Needs to be examined: We can not tell you what it is without examining it visually.It could be a mosquito or another insect bite,or marks due to self scrathing while sleeping or something else.Suggest if it is of concen get it checked by your doctor or just watch and wait to see if it goes away by itself or is followed by other symptoms or more red marks or get bigger marks or go away by itself
