Sore throat: Likely the "cold" and scratchy throat resulted in a little irritation to the upper airway - the trachea. That, combined, with some lymph. Ode swelling secondary to the "cold," (check the area under your jaw line) can result in the feeling of a "lump" in the throat. If it doesn't clear soon, consult an ENT specialist.
