Sinus headache.: That sounds like a sinus headache to me. Could be allergies or perhaps a bacterial or viral infection. An infection would usually be accompanied by sore throat, fever, chills, sweats and muscle and joint aches. As you are describing body pains, you very well may have an infection. You should be seen by a local doctor today.
