I have a flat rash which has appeared from my waistline down to mid-thigh and from my armpits to mid-arm. its also on my kneepits down on calf a bit.

Exam needed: A physician or dermatologist will have to inspect this rash in order to make a diagnosis. If you're not experiencing any other symptoms, it could be pityriasis rosea which is a mild viral infection that occurs on the covered portions of the body, causes very little symptoms and clears after a few weeks.
