It started as a red razor rash on the pubic bone of my vagina but as i poped and picked the ingrown hairs they became red circular scabs they are only on the top not near the opening but there is alot. how do i treat them? should i be worried?

Need diagnosis: It sounds like you may have folliculitis. Avoid self treating or picking at the area. Let an Obgyn see the area. Until an accurate diagnosis is made we can not recommend treatment.
