Yes, if it is worse: A bump on the inside of the labia (lips around the vagina) is more likely to be a cyst (bartholin's gland cyst) than an ingrown hair. If it is on the outside where hair normally grows then it is more likely to be an ingrown hair. For either, if it is small you can try warm soaks with a washcloth to soften the area to help drainage. If it is getting larger, it may have to be drained by a gyn.
