Coincidence?: Haven't seen any of my patients vomit due to a pneumonia vaccine, which means vomiting after a pneumonia vaccine could just be a coincidence. That said, vomiting babies who don't recover quickly should be checked out by a pediatrician. Usually, breastfed babies with vomiting or diarrhea can continue to breastfeed; while formula-fed babies can decrease the size of feedings until symptoms resolve.
