Needs further evalua: This person should see a Medical doctor(Internist) or a specialist(like a Hematologist) to sort out the cause of her anemia and low platelet count. I would recommend a repeat CBC, Differential count and platelet count be done and send us those results. If the numbers are same or lower, then she must get a medical check up and rule out a Bone marrow disorder/Blood disorder
