Hi , recently i felt hard mass in left lower quadrant. i never felt it before. got cbc all is normal in this test. still confused why it is there?

Need to examine: CBC is not and appropriate test for diagnosing an abdominal mass. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
