Anxiety Treatment: You are a caring cousin. Have Heart to Heart talk with her to share about her nervousness, tension, effect on sleep, appetite, energy; restlessness, irritability, her functioning in relationships and at work. Express your concerns and discuss Breathing and Music relaxation, Meditation, Yoga, and Tai Chi classes; join her in these. If her anxiety continues, she may be open to take medication.

Acupuncture/Ayurveda: Consider consulting with an acupuncturist, or ayurveda practitioner. Meditation, yoga, qi gong are effective modalities. Massage, self-acupressure are good. Cut out all refined sugar and caffeine. Exercise to sweat daily. Keep a regular sleep schedule. Meet with friends for fun activities regularly.
