RLS and anxiety: Best to discuss this with a trusted caregiver or treating psychiatrist. (many have been used both in line with FDA labeling and off label) Take for instance your RLS. Is iron deficiency causing Ekbom Syndrome.? (Iron is a co-factor for the enzyme tyrosine hydroxylase which makes dopamine) Are you anxious and depressed with RLS or do you just have low iron ? I'd check that first.
