Foul urinary dischar: It is not from your ovarian cyst, but you want to be sure to check the urine if it was not tested for infection with bacteria as well. This could be a urinary infection, but also could just be a nonspecific vaginal /urinary vaginosis for which a GYN MD can treat in person if it persists. You may not have fever with this symptom. It would be good to check with GYN MD for this and the large cyst.
