You may or may: not need a head CT but you do need a medical/neurological evaluation. Even without losing consciousness you may have had trauma to your brain or neck resulting in your current symptoms. Go for evaluation. Do not delay.

No indication for CT: Unless you are on an anticoagulant or have some other medical issue, the yield of a CT would be very low and dose you with unnecessary radiation. Your symptoms are likely due to mild concussion. It is OK to take pain medication. If persistent see your doctor.
