Good morning. i cut my ankle open on a gutter pipe 4 days ago. small wound, that i cleaned well. over the last few days have not been feeling well (nausea and headache on and off). is it advisable to get a tetanus vaccine?

YES, YES, YES: It is recommended that you have a tetanus shot every ten years at minimum. If there is a really dirty wound, than Mayo Clinic recommends getting the shot within five years. Signs of infection - red, hot, swollen, pus, streaking, painful, swollen lymph nodes, fevere ? Get eval asap.
